Boot Camp Sessions:
Attend up to 4 fitness sessions per week to produce maximum results. However we do also provide a 1 x per week program that also provides excellent results.
There are two (2) payment options, we offer payment Via Direct Debit or Via Credit/Debit Card. Please select which one during the checkout.
At the end of checkout you will arrive at a medical questionnaire. Could you please complete this prior to the first session.
